VanBookingPronto for van and vehicle rentalYour vans, booked while you are at the counter.VanBooking is Pronto made for rental. When you can’t pick up, it writes to the caller on WhatsApp, proposes the free vehicles with their price per day, asks where the trip goes and confirms — and the booking is in your agenda. What VanBooking does

A WhatsApp bot on your number — It books, moves and cancels in the chat, on your company’s own WhatsApp number. You can take over at any time.

Missed call → WhatsApp — When you can’t answer, the caller gets a WhatsApp message within seconds and can book right there.

Agenda optimisation — It fills the gaps between rentals, proposes the free slots and moves bookings over WhatsApp when that helps.

Periodic vehicle checks — Each vehicle gets a check at the interval you choose: you see which are due, with a note and a photo for each.

Destination and radius — Pronto asks where the trip goes and checks that it stays within the radius you allow.

Rental contract as a PDF — The contract is generated automatically from the booking.

AI reads the documents — Photos of ID and driving licence are read by AI and the details go into the booking; faces are masked before the photo is stored.

Live availability on your website — Your website shows what is free right now and takes the booking.

Morning summary — Each morning, the day ahead in one message.

Statistics — How many bookings, from which channel, for which vehicles.
