GymBookingPronto for gyms and fitness studiosYour agenda fills up while you are training.GymBooking is Pronto made for fitness. When you can’t pick up, it writes to the caller on WhatsApp, proposes the free slots with a trainer, in a class or a room, and confirms — the booking is in your agenda and the reminder goes out on its own. What GymBooking does

A WhatsApp bot that books, moves and cancels — Customers book, move or cancel a session in the chat, on your studio’s own number.

Missed call → WhatsApp — When you are in the middle of a session, the caller gets a WhatsApp message within seconds and can book right there.

Agenda optimisation — It fills the gaps in the day, proposes the free slots and moves bookings over WhatsApp when that helps.

Trainers, classes and rooms — Personal trainers, classes and rooms in one agenda, with a reminder before every session.

Memberships and entry packages — Memberships and multi-entry packages, kept in the same agenda as the bookings.

Several locations — One account for all your studios, each with its own trainers, rooms and hours.

Live availability on your website — Your website shows the free slots right now and takes the booking.

Statistics — How many bookings, from which channel, for which trainer or class.
